SNEAP is the Symposium of North Eastern Accelerator Personnel

SNEAP is a community of personnel involved with electrostatic
particle accelerators and their use. Founded in 1968, the organization
gathers annually to discuss and exchange information to the benefit of
all who attend. The topics convered include ion sources, electrostatic
amd rf accelerators,
telemetry and control systems, cryogenic systems, safety issues and
many
other topics relevant to the operation of small to medium sized
electrostatic
accelerator laboratories. The meeting format includes submitted papers,
laboratory
reports, contributed papers and open discussions. Space for vendors is
made
available to permit attendees to speak directly with manufacturers and
their
representatives and to inspect many new devices and products. Attendees
include
representatives from Universities, National Laboratories, and
Industrial
Research Laboratories from the U.S. and many other countries including:
Australia,
Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Russia,
Sweden,
The Netherlands, and others.
SNEAP
2006 was hosted Jointly by the Australian National
University in Canberra and ANSTO located in Sydney Australia.

SNEAP 2007 will be held in
Salt Lake City, Utah, US. The meeting
dates are October 7 - 12, 2007. The host will be Brigham Young
University.

We will also include digital images of TUNL accelerators and
improvements that we have made that may be of interest to others.
