Help with poster support setup and storage

Dear all:

We need student volunteers on this Monday (Oct. 27) and on Wednesday (Nov. 
5) to help with setting up the poster supports in preparation of the site 
visit by the DOE panel and storing them away after the review.

1. Poster support setup: Monday, Oct. 27 at 10 AM in lobby of DFELL
   Number of students needed: 6
   How to volunteer: send Alex Crowell an email at crowell@tunl.duke.edu
                     by 9:30 AM on Monday, Oct. 27
   Time and Place to meet: DFELL lobby at 10:00 AM on 10/27

2. Poster support storage: Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 10 AM in lobby of DFELL
   Number of students needed: 6
   How to volunteer: send Alex Crowell an email at crowell@tunl.duke.edu
                     by 9:30 AM on Wednesday, Oct. 29
   Time and Place to meet: DFELL lobby at 10:00 AM on 11/5
