DOE Poster Session - IMPORTANT

TUNL Grads & Postdocs,

The poster session for the DOE Review of TUNL is
tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11:30 AM in the 2nd floor
of the main part of the Duke FEL Building (this
is off the main lobby - not in the Keck Building
where previous sessions were).  Please try to
arrive a few minutes early.

The Committee has expressed a desire to have a
sit-down session with you as well.  I'm not sure
what order this will occur, but expect that roughly
half the time will be in the sit-down session in
the FEL Conference Room, while the remaining time
will be in the poster session.  75 minutes has been
allocated for both sessions, but that could be
extended some at the committee's request.

The Committee greatly values your input and looks
forward to meeting with you tomorrow.  I know they
will be as impressed with your work as much as those
who work with you are!
