Workshop Proceedings

The Workshop Proceedings will be published by World Scientific.

Deadline

All contributions to be included in the workshop proceeding must be submitted no later than 5 PM EDT on November 13, 2006.

* The following instructions over-write parts of the instructions provided in the zip files above:

No CD/Disk or hardcopy of your article is needed
The checklist provided by the publisher is not needed
You do not provide us with a camera-ready copy. We will generate them here
Make sure you make a tar/zip file of all the files you are submitting. This includes any .tex, .doc, and .eps files
If your figures are in color, please make sure they will appear well in B/W
Do not email your contribution. Please use the contribution upload page at : http://www.tunl.duke.edu/events/cd2006/upload/

Please name all tar, zip, tex, and doc files by your last name and the contribution number (you may have more than one), e.g., ahmed_1.tar, ahmed_1.zip, ahmed_1.tex, or ahmed_1.doc
All figures included in your contributions must be named by your last name, contribution number and figure letter. For example if you only have one contribution with two figures in it, the figure files need to be named as ahmed_1_a.eps, and ahmed_1_b.eps
Please make one tar/zipped file per contribution of all the files which are needed, .tex, .doc, .eps, to process your contribution
