The UNC Few-Body group has traditionally pursued research in the areas of Big-Bang nucleosynthesis, and three-body forces in the nuclear potential. Recently, new areas of research have been pursued, expanding the interests of the group outside that of traditional few-body problems, in large measure stimulated by the availability of the HIGS facility. These include searches for pygmy dipole states in medium mass nuclei, characteristics of isomer population, and photodisintegration cross-sections in the p-process
