a) This implies the existence of strong multineutron emissions in the decay of 19B, reflecting its large Q value (26.5 MeV) compared with the multineutron separation energies of daughter nucleus 19C (S1n = 160 keV, S2n = 4.4 MeV, S3n = 5.3 MeV,...): see (1998YO06).
