¹³Be is reported in the ¹⁴C(⁷Li, ⁸B) reaction at E(⁷Li) = 82 MeV: the atomic mass excess of ¹³Be is 35.0 ± 0.5 MeV. It is then unstable with respect to breakup into ¹²Be + n by 1.9 MeV (AL83I). See also (81AJ01), (BE84E) and (SE81C, KA82T, AN83D, VA84; theor.).
