¹³Li has not been observed: see (81AJ01). The calculated value of its mass excess is 60.34 MeV [see (81AJ01)]: ¹³Li would then be unstable with respect to ¹¹Li + 2n by 3.34 MeV. (85PO10) calculate [in a (0 + 1)h-barω model space] that the first four states of ¹³Li at 0, 1.42, 2.09 and 2.77 MeV have, respectively, J^π = 3/2^-, 7/2^-, 1/2^-, 5/2^-.
