¹⁷C has been observed in the 5.5 GeV proton bombardment of uranium: it is particle stable (PO68B). (GA66C) predict that it is bound, with respect to ¹⁶C + n, by 0.6 ± 0.4 MeV: M - A is then 22.4 ± 0.4 MeV. See also (ZE60A, AR69E).
