¹⁹N has been observed in the 3 GeV proton bombardment of a ¹⁹⁷Au target: it is particle stable (TH68I). See also (AR69E, AR70D). The mass excess of ¹⁹N is 15.01 < (M - A) < 18.68 MeV (WA70E). See also (ZE60A, BA61F, GO62N, GA66C, ST69B).
