The mass excess of ⁷B from a study of the ¹⁰B(³He, ⁶He)⁷B reaction is 27.94 ± 0.10 MeV and the width of the ground state is Γ = 1.4 ± 0.2 MeV: see (74AJ01). ⁷B is unbound with respect to ⁶Be + p, ⁵Li + 2p and ⁴He + 3 p by 2.28, 1.68 and 3.65 MeV, respectively.
