A utility catmaster is provided to facilitate activation/deactivation
as well as monitoring of CODA components, MSQL processes, and DeBug window
to the SBC. To activate this utility, type catmaster on any
terminal window. Figure 4.2 shows the catmaster interface
and the usage is described in section 4.2.
