The CTP package would not have been possible without many long discussions with Chip Watson. The variable name structure with classes and attributes is largely his design and is what makes full control of CTP through an RPC interface possible. Jie Chen is also acknowledged for writing a demonstration CTP RPC client that demonstrates the power of using RPC to interact with a CTP endowed analyzer. Dave Abbott must be acknowledged as being the first user to use CTP in a working data acquisition system.
